Get your diaries out - the next dinner in the Wine & Dine series is happening on Thursday 19th November. Instead of looking at a region this month, we're showcasing a winemaker and their wines, both of which have had a huge impact on the Australian wine industry - Chris Hancock.

Chris is an Honourary Master of Wine, a rare achievement, who started his career with Penfolds and produced a number of Grange vintages. In 1976 he moved on to work with the Oatley Family, and has played an integral role in shaping their wine styles and their worldwide success. Chris will be showing us 5 of his wines, matched with 5 dishes.
